The Cumberland River flows through some of the most scenic country the state of Kentucky has to offer. The tailwater begins at Wolf Creek Dam in Russell County and flows for 74 miles before crossing into Tennessee. It is one of the largest tailwater trout fisheries in the country and produces some of the country’s best trout fishing. For those of you who believe that amazing trout fishing only lies in the western United States we have a surprise for you. With the rising costs of gasoline and skyrocketing airline fees, we believe that you will be pleasantly surprised with what awaits you right here in Kentucky on the Cumberland River.
